- Device location is used during punch-in/punch-out for presence validation (only if location permissions are enabled by the user).
- We do not store precise GPS coordinates on our servers. The device may keep coordinates locally for validation, while the App stores only a location label associated with the attendance record.
d) Device Information
- Device type, operating system version, and app version
- IP address
2. How We Use Your Information
- Track working hours and manage timesheets
- Calculate payroll and attendance records
- Verify employee presence (e.g., geofence compliance)
- Communicate important updates
- Improve the performance and functionality of the App

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

- No personal or sensitive data (such as precise GPS coordinates) is collected, stored, or shared by the App.
- Only attendance records (date, time, and proximity verification status) are stored for administrative purposes.
- The App does not collect or store your specific GPS coordinates on GCC servers.

- Upon resignation, termination, or end of contract, account deactivation will be processed by the HR department.
- Object to or restrict processing where applicable by law.
- Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent).
